Who We Are

Relish Gardens is a fine garden maintenance and design company working in beautiful residential gardens in the greater Seattle area. Our properties vary widely in complexity and require deep horticultural knowledge and meticulous, attentive care at every visit.

Our work balances the beauty of the space with horticulturally sound best practices. We don't cut corners, we observe, we diagnose, and we respond with skilled care.

We show up not just with skill but with a genuine interest in communicating, teaching, learning, and building relationships that last.

Our clients welcome us into their private spaces, and how we show up matters as much as the work we do.

Who We're
Looking For

We're hiring people who see this work as a craft and take genuine pride in it. You understand that fine garden maintenance isn't about doing more; it's about doing the right thing at the right time, with care.

If you're the kind of person who notices when something is off in a garden before anyone else does, who finds deep satisfaction in leaving a space better than you found it, and who wants to grow your skills within a small, close-knit team that values the artistry of this work, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer

Fine horticulture is skilled work, and we think it should come with the stability and support to match.
